- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a top tier service like no other and have competitive pricing compared to any possible comparable company or service. We offer first time discounts and package discounts when you bundle services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step by Step: 1. Client fills out a questionnaire that allows us to know details to begin creating package 2. For bar we consult based on number of guests, type of alcohol preferred, specialty drink recipes, add ones that may be suggested 2a. For performance or DJ, genres are discussed, audience/ guests. Interactions, staging or performance space logistics. Special requests. 3.Following establishing time, date, location needs. We build the package and send a detailed estimate. 4. After estimate is accepted. We then send invoice that can be paid online and give client the phone number of the lead staff for their event to follow up with up to 24 hours prior to event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Serve Safe and T.I.P.S. Certified staff for Bartending Staff. Our performers are very talented, go through an audition process and regularly attend class, and training to improve and to keep their talent in top shape. Found Gerald-Brandon is a graduate of Duke Ellington School of the Arts and Went on to Kendall College of Art as well as worked years as Senior Restaurant and Live Entertainment manager with Spirit Cruises.
