Norman is very reasonable with his estimate. He is detail and quality oriented. He installed my kitchen sink, faucet and the garbage disposal. He even replaced the leaking tap in my yard for a very reasonable price. Through out the process, he did not rush, took time to explain what he was doing and took care of even the minor details of what I asked him to do. Honest and hardworking professionals these days are very rare. I am glad I found Norman. He is busy, but usually responds by the end of the day. I highly recommend Norman. His office staff are also very polite and responsive.

Norman is such an honest and knowledgeable plumber. He helped me with a tough sink and faucet removal and install. Norman provides excellent customer service! He’s a professional, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and reliable! He installed a bathroom vanity, water filtration system, bathroom sinks & fixtures, and voluntarily fixed my running toilets/faucets. I generally charge by the hour. Materials aren't included in most cases. So the customers can see exactly where their money went. However a flat rate can be provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Taking time to listen to them and their concerns. and answer any questions they may have. Also making sure that they are satisfied with the service before I leave.

I'm a licensed journeyman plumber. With 20 plus years of experience. From service/ repair plumbing & drain cleaning. To New construction. As well as Designing new plumbing systems and installation.
