Didn't get far enough before he bailed out on the project, it cost us two weeks delay. JD needs to understand working bandwidth before committing to a project. Many developers see 'easy project' and feel they can delay it without it being a problem. I wish they work as hard satisfying their customer to the end after the agreement is signed as they are trying to win the project.

Hi Patsy. I am sorry that my service left you dissatisfied. Though I never spoke to you personally, I did communicate clearly to your husband that I was short-handed due to circumstances beyond my control. Like you, I run a small business and do my best to meet the needs of all of my clients. Whether a project is $6500 or $650 as in your case, I do my best. I did not bail on your project. For the record, we were still ahead of schedule. Your husband personally insulted me and threatened to ruin my reputation. At that point, I offered him a full refund, apologized to him, and wished him luck. No ill will on my part. Running your own business is not easy but it is rewarding. I wish you and your partner the very best of luck in the future.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Cost is estimated on a per-project basis.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is broken into three phases. Phase One: Brand Strategy, Phase Two: Design and Development, and Phase Three: Testing and Launch

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend that customers spend time researching the area of business that they want to focus on. Use that information to develop a clear mission and vision to guide your project and to use as a foundation for your business.
