- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I chose to heal from a herniated disc injury through years of pool therapy which saved me from an operation, but didn't bring me back completely. By creating a new fitness system utilizing all of my experience in different disciplines I not only healed completely but I can now do things I couldn't do when I was younger. I then dedicated myself to sharing these fitness and wellness secrets with people of all ages and all levels.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Working with people who are burnt out on the gym experience or conventional fitness. They want something fun, exciting and with levels that allows them to get better instead of older, leaner, stronger, more flexible and agile. Working with both men and women, one- on-one in their homes for their convenience for one hour sessions, either once, twice or three times a week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You must do an introductory session with any trainer to make sure it's right for you before you commit to anything.
