Amrit is an EXCELLENT trainer. When we started working together a year ago, I was 56 and had just snapped something in my left leg. My right elbow was also a problem. I was running once or twice a week, but never trained at the gym. I was also losing my husband to brain cancer. Amrit built me back up. He knows how to motivate and challenge. His sessions were intense, but he's extremely meticulous and always checks for correct forms. He regularly invited me to share how I felt and knew what exercises I needed to fix my elbow and my leg. He’s also creative, so I never got bored. As a result, I lost weight, my body is now solid, strong, and I can tackle anything at the gym. The pride I felt after our sessions also strengthened my emotional state and boosted my energy. You can tell he loves his job. Highly recommended.

I've been exercising in a gym since I was 15 and did sports from high school to currently I'm over 40 (lol). I'm also a yoga teacher and certified trainer and what I learned about training with Amrit is life-changing. No joke! Working out with Amrit has revolutionized the way I view my body and workout. What I love about working out with him is that he listens to your needs and observes your posture and formulates an individual work out plan that fits your individual needs. He has been trained by Yogis in India since he was young and is very aware of how breathing, posture, and stretching out muscles affects the body and your results. Its evident to me that he has done tons of research, if you could call someone a Doctor in physical fitness thats him! Highly recommend him to all people in all ages!

    50 per session 3 times a week per month. 60 per session 2 times a week per month

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I would like to get to know my clients Find out their goals, time fram, why it's important, any barriers in the past, injury history etc. We then do a static and movement based postural screen, analyze and strengths and weaknesses in the kinetic chain, after which we focus on the the monthly plan and program design.

    National academy of sports and medicine certified personal trainer. Corrective exercise specialist Trx coach Postural alignment specialist.
