Lisa Natale has been my personal trainer for nearly 7 years and she is an essential component of my mind-body wellness regimen. Her sessions are always thoughtfully planned mixing cardio, strength training and yoga in fun and interesting ways. In all the time we've worked together, I don't think she's ever repeated a session. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I've been working out with Lisa for years and found her to be a highly effective trainer. She mixes it up and keeps routines fresh and motivating while fun at the same time. Highly recommended!!

LISA IS AMAZING!!! I am your typical out of shape male embarking on yoga for the first time in his mid-thirties. I tried a few different places including the free class at the LA Fitness Center which is great for experienced people and a local Yoga place which is also ok for more advanced people. However, having a private yoga lesson from Lisa was UN-BELIEVABLY great!! Seriously, I don't spend a great deal of time writing good/bad reviews on Yelp but she deserves it. Just amazing!!! Get in touch with her and you won't regret it.

This is the second time I train with Lisa and I can always count on her for amazing results. She strikes the perfect balance of motivation and kindness. She doesn't bark at you and always makes you feel empowered. The session flies by! She always checks in on off days and is seriously personally interested in your progress. She got my body into killer shape before the babies, and I know she can do it again post kiddos.

Lisa has been my personal trainer for several years. She strikes the perfect balance... encouragement when I need it and a swift kick in the butt when she knows that I can go the extra mile. That balance is an essential tool in my fitness regime. I could not recommend her more highly.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have always been an athlete and a fairly competitive one. My brother was a natural body builder and I would ask him if he would let me lift with him and his friends. I fell in love with setting a goal for myself, attaining that goal and then setting another. Over 20 years ago someone approached me at the gym I was working out at in New York, they asked if I could show them a few exercises. I did and that was the moment I realized I wanted to be a personal trainer. My intention is still the same with my clients, let's set a goal, make it happen and then another one.
