Introduction: I am a Reiki master and kundalini yoga instructor. I am a professional reminder of who you truly are. I can offer you my compassion that I have cultivated through moving through my own self-imposed limitations.
As a Reiki Master, I give Reiki treatments, and I also teach the modality of Reiki. My Reiki treatments start with working through some core beliefs. We will work through life situations by finding the core beliefs, and I will direct energy to transmute the energy. For the second half of the treatment, you will received a relaxing hands-on Reiki treatment. Reiki promotes self-healing, relaxes and reduces stress, balances energies in the body, enhances spiritual connection and helps meditative states.
I teach Kundalini Yoga, which is called the yoga of awareness. A meditation always follows the practice. It is a combination of breath, mudra (hand positions), eye-focus, mantra, body-locks and postures to balance the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood. It brings balance to the mind, body and soul and uplifts the spirit. It is an ancient comprehensive technology. I work well with beginners.

Let me start off by saying that Kat has a clear, peaceful presence about her, which you will notice when you meet her. Her energy is genuine, with a clarity of intention that is essential for healing. Which makes Kat a true channel for Reiki energy healing.
Masters of Reiki healing will tell you they are not healers in and of themselves, but rather they are channels of this Universal healing energy. Healers or not, in order to be an effective channel, one must be genuine, one must have integrity, and one must be clear in order to bring healing and balance to all your energy levels. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The clearer the channel, the more effective the healing.
Kat has all these qualities. A session with Kat is profound and you will experience healing on many levels. Kat is insightful and wise beyond her years and an important part of a session with her is conversation, about life, about our experience, and also the insights that arise from these conversations. Kat doesn't come off so much as trying to teach you something you don't know, but rather reminding you of what you already do.

Words simply cannot describe or bring justice to the experience I had with Katherine Gardiner while getting attuned for my Reiki Level 1 Certification. Not only was her her course informative and interactive, she delivered a visceral sensation that I have never quite felt before in my energetic body. A true Reiki Master at her finest. Since the completion of Level 1, I have witnessed the profound blessings and deep clearing effects of this powerful healing modality. I hold so much gratitude and reverence for this divine Goddess. And she fed us local living mountain spring and nourishing organic food!!! Kat is beyond the beyond!!!

I tried Reiki before but never had the experience I was looking for. I was ready to give up completely until I met Kat. She changed everything for me. Not only did I leave her sessions feeling physically renewed, but had more mental clarity and felt emotionally strong. Over time, her guidance and spiritual practice inspired me to study Reiki. I received my Reiki 1and 2 attunement from Kat, and now Reiki is a daily part of my life. It has changed so much! I am so blessed that our paths crossed. I highly recommend Kat to anyone who is interested in a Reiki healing or Reiki attunement. She is amazing.

I had some very intense emotional blocks that Kat was able to remove using Reiki. I was a bit skeptical at first, however the results speak for themselves. I felt more relaxed and alive right after the treatment. I highly recommend Kat for her deeply intuitive abilities to heal.
