Latest Review: James is a great personal trainer, and he's really fun to work with--always cheerful, motivating, and very creative. He will tailor the workout to your needs. Last summer, I wanted to get into tip top shape. Although I've been an athlete all my life (I'm now 45), I've had to work much harder to keep looking 25. I worked out 6 days a week (a couple days with James, the rest at the gym), stuck to my restrictive diet (on which he advised me also), and was very satisfied with my results. I highly recommend him. I also have knowledge and many hand-written workouts from him I can use for the rest of my life. Thanks James!
