- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have a standard pricing system for Bridal and Corporate Events. If there are extra charges for out of area travel or parking I let the client know ahead of time. I do not ask for a deposit, booking is as easy as booking a hotel!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make things as easy as possible for a new customer. I break things down as far as pricing. I work with timing and I put a crew together for their needs as far as large parties. I have pricing online and always willing to negotiate. I make sure I do reminders on appointment dates and I'm there to help as far as suggestions to make things an easy process for the clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
