He even bought and picked up the door for us and made sure that the door was installed correctly. He was very meticulous in making sure that the color of the door matched our existing door. Art came by to install the door and locks. The manufacturer didn’t include the right latch for the lock. He collected full payment and promised to come back to install the locks. He never did. I paid someone else to install the lock.
