Mike was so accommodating, cheerful, kind, and exudes an obvious love for what he does. We had a huge crew with many small moving parts - 3 small children, extended family, a 1 year old's birthday portraits, and a surprise proposal! Mike came up with creative ideas, EDITED SO QUICKLY, and helped my sister and her now fiancé have a romantic engagement in our very living room. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are very flexible. Our love for Photography way outweighs the money we make. We consider all of our clients family. As more of them return to have their photos taken we offer more and more discounts. As inflation tends to go up, we will never increase the cost to our returning clients!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We really like to know who you are and what you love. It is very easy to tell when someone is into their photos during their session. If you are enjoying your session, you can really tell in your photos. So naturally we want to make sure that you always look your best. We generally will talk with our clients ahead of time to get a feel of what they enjoy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Believe it or not, I am 100% self taught. I love the camera SO much, that I fully dove into learning everything there is about it. I have been shooting for over 10 years and it is easy to see that I try to always improve my work by learning more and more. I will spend hours teaching myself new techniques that help set me apart from other photographers.
