FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the work needed to be done on-site (volume, hours, and/or extra materials), the travel fee, and any fees that might come along such as a haul away/dumping fee. Standard weekly or bi-weekly service visits are an agreed-upon flat rate per service, billed at the end of each month. I like to break it down with a customer so they know exactly what they are getting, and for how much. I charge what I feel the quality of work, and quality of service are both worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, I will reach out with as much info I can give based on the details of the work given. I will then proceed to contact the customer, and go see the project, and/or discuss it over the phone for further details. I'll offer a quote and if accepted I would put the customer in my schedule. Once finished, payments can be made in person with cash or check, or I can send an invoice via email where you can pay online or send in cash/check by mail. If you are a weekly, or bi-weekly customer, you will be billed on the last service day of the month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No professional training or education for this personally, but a lot of experience doing this kind of work on the side over the years. Regardless of education or training, I am confident that I am capable of handling this work in a professional and timely manner. Im confident that the results will show it.
