- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start new projects by having a phone call with my new customers to learn a little bit more about their projects. After the call, we schedule an onsite visit with the goal of understanding the customer's budget and scope of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience and I'm a licensed General Contractor. I went through a formal apprenticeship program for Carpentry, I'm a Journeyman Floor Installer, and a professional Remodeler.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
To have the most productive conversation possible, it's great if customers have thought through their remodel project prior to talking. Have you picked out any of your tiles, finishes, or appliances? Having some details in mind before our first discussion will help me better understand your remodeling needs.
