I have used Gill's services on several occasions for large events I have hosted. The food is second to none! Carne/Chicken/Corn/Salad/Dessert could not be beat...simply delicious; I will be using him many more times.

Really great food, good company and instruction. Would recommend for one o one tuition or as a group to make some great meals and helpful practical tips for everyday cooking. Chef Gill was great. Citrus Catering provided a fantastic seamless experience from planning through execution. Gill especially listened to our needs, planned for just the right number of people and delivered. Using their years of experience they even helped coach our expectations with better options that made the event a success with all attendee's! Their signature chicken shwarma was a popular favorite and raved by all for weeks after the event!

I recently hired Gill for a client event that I hosted with the theme of a Gentleman's Club- tailored shirts, whiskey tasting, shoe shines, haircuts, and our professionally prepared dishes from Gill. This evening was by far our most successful event to date and this was in large part due to the amazing food and hosting that Gill provided. He went above and beyond our expectations- from preparing and printing a perfect menu with a diverse selection of finger foods/platters/deserts, beautiful presentation, DELICIOUS food, interacting with clients, clean-up.....everything was perfect! I highly recommend Gill for events large or small, fun or professional- he works with you to make sure that he delivers just the right experience you are looking for.

The folks at Citrus Caterers put on an awesome summer BBQ for us. I can't remember a better buffet at any catered party I have been to in L.A. Everything was fab!! I especially liked that there were some vegetarian options (my friend who was attending was a vegetarian). The food was excellent without being over our heads and the flower decorations added a nice touch.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always look for a balance between quality and price. I think there are certain ingredients to pay up for, but mostly its great cooking that makes ingredients shine. I will say, that farmers markets can be tricky, it has to be fresh from the farm or its just like supermarket food.
