Our HOA had an issue with our community gate staying open and not closing. Ofer came out to check what possibly could have happened. He unplugged and re-plugged in a part, which basically reset the system, so in less than 30 minutes of being there, was able to resolve our issue.

Ofer and his team were fantastic to work with! We needed a 23 foot sliding steel gate 7 feet tall +2 other large walk in gates, no small job, his team custom built them to our specs and design vision and did a fantastic job with the fabrication and install! They even came back and welded on a component due to a miscommunication on my part and totally went above and beyond very much appreciate their effort and professionalism! HIGHLY recommend!

My driveway gate fell off the hinges and the gate opener motor broke. This prohibited driveway ingress and egress. Coastline was prompt in communicating and understood the time sensitive nature of my repair. To save time, we did a video call showing the damage, and they sent a quote right after finishing the call. Two days later, their technicians came out. Can’t get better service than that, particularly where most businesses I reached out to never even returned my call. The gate was repaired and a new opener was installed flawlessly. All is well now. Highly recommend.

Had this company install a dual swing gate on our existing wood gate. The installers were AWESOME and the owner is AWESOME. HIGHEST recommend.

Our Gate not only looks great, but now opens and closes perfectly. Additionally, the team did a great job repairing our iron door as well. Job was done roughly a week earlier than anticipated as well. Would highly recommend!

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  After recieving a request on Thumbtack we review it thoroughly to decide what the best next step is. After reviewing the request we decide if we need to schedule a meeting with a project manager or if we can send customer a quote. After customer recieves quote, we follow up and schedule another meeting to take final measurments. Once final measurments are taken we can start with installation.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  All of our workers are highly trained and experienced in the fence & gate industry. They all have minimum of 5 years experience. With new employees we have an extensive training program that last for two months until they are ready to hit the ground running themselves.
