- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For personal training, for every multiple of 10 sessions you buy in advance, you save $5/session 10 sessions - save $5 per session 20 sessions- save $10 per session etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first day session is always a complimentary assessment day. We will sit down to discuss health history and goals. From there with do a movement assessment and evaluation to see what our starting point is, and if there are any muscle imbalances that need to be taken care of for your overall health. From there we can create a realistic approach and timeline to achieve your goals. After that, we work! Based on how many days you can meet, we create a workout schedule for you, both with me, and on your own if necessary. We will also take a look at your diet and eating habits, as they are a huge factor in your health. We can make any changes to those if necessary, and can even add a meal plan option if you would like. We continue the workouts and meal planning, making adjustments along the way as necessary. Then...You reach your goal!
