james came to me in a personable way, very nice , articulate, and I thought to be a good person. I had him install a living room ceiling fan in a high ceiling and one in the master bedroom. Well the fan in the master bedroom the lights do not work and when called to see if James can come back to correct he told me he would return and never did. I have tried to contact him oh so many times but to no avail. He put way too many holes into my walls while trying to run the wires. he did have someone comeout to correct this. Now the ceiling fan in the living room is coming out of the ceiling and ready to crash to the floor. James assured me that the work he was doing would hold the fan but it is not holding. Again I have tried many times to contact him but he will not return my calls so now I am forced to hire another electrician to come a correct James work. Thank you James...... I will be letting any one know how wonderful your work is. And not hire you.

As for the bedroom fan i replaced the switch... which was the problem at my expense. I explained prior to preforming the work that there might be drywall repair necessary which i scheduled the following day included painting again at my expense not included in that bid... And the ceiling fan mounted in the high ceiling unfortunately the mounting bracket /box broke... None of these issues are instalation related errors and i made all the corrections at my expense and time over and above the very reasonable job cost... I have requested the customer to update and he has ignored my request
