- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Out of necessity! I lost my job as a Store Manager; so, I decided to put my general purpose skills to work. As time went on; I realized that I enjoy this line of work far more then anything else!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer's rental home had been broken into through the garage door into the house. The door jamb had been damaged beyond savaging; so, I crafted a brand new door jamb and custom installed it for a perfect fit and matched the paint. It looked as if nothing had ever happened; plus, I made it more secure than the previous jamb. The customer was very pleased with the result.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for referrals! I have letters of satisfaction and recommendation that I am proud to share with any customer.
