Plumbing Drain Repair

Mr. Thor showed up exactly on time, analyzed the problem, and replaced the broken toilet in about 2 hours. He was clean, thorough, and without a trace of him being there. He was careful not to leave a mess. He evan vacuumed out the water in the tank and bowel with his wet/dry shop vacuum. I chose him because he was up front about his prices. Others refused to give estimates. I recommend Precision Drain Cleaners for any plumbing needs.

Water Heater Installation or Replacement

Very punctual a d great at describing the problem and giving the customer a choice for different options on how to do the work or solve your electrical problem. I had an exhaust fan I had purchased but once he open the area in question this fan don’t work because of the size and he quickly found alternatives that work even better. Thank you

I'm pretty sure you confused us with your electrical guy but sure you would have given us a great review also on your new water heater!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am extremely fair and competitive in regards to pricing. I'm not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. That being said good work isn't cheap, cheap work, typically isn't good.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I believe there is a reason we have 2 ears and just 1 mouth. I think listening is key, take time to consider every clients needs, concerns and most of all expectations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am what you would refer to as "open shop" a non union plumber. I learned from top technicians in the field. I've been fortunate to learn the craft, in my opinion, from some of the most successful professionals in the Trades.
