Let me tell everyone that our wedding isn't till May of 2015. I wanted to give an early first review based on Carlos' consultation . We met with Carlos and he was able to clearly articulate his services and level of expertise about the DJ industry . Not only that, but we are trying to plan a wedding , he made us feel confident that with his services , our ceremony/reception will run smoothly . He's very detailed, passionate , organized and we know with 100 percent confidence that we made the right decision in hiring him. So for those who are trying to make the important decision of who to hire for your wedding or event , stop here and hire DJ Charlie aka Carlos Gutierrez. I look fwd to our wedding .
Mrs. B was the event manager for our wedding day and leading up to. She went above our expectations and handles more than she was contracted to do. She and her staff was well worth it for the wedding day.
Wendy was INCREDIBLE to work with! I had my wedding on 11/12/16 and I reached out to Wendy in June. Planning a socal wedding from SF, I had to take a leap of faith, and I feel like I really lucked out with Wendy. In fact, she was the first vendor I signed a contract with because she made me feel so well taken care of before and during our first hour-long phone call. She asked me for my vision, and asked if I had a pinterest board of my ideas that she could look at. She even offered ideas on how to repurpose flowers to save on costs. During the months leading up to the wedding, Wendy was generous enough to make a drive to Irvine to meet me at my venue during the only weekend I was in town, and was also incredibly flexible as I had to make changes to the floral arrangements I wanted (adding a bridesmaid bouquet and a floral crown, etc). When I finally got to see her floral arrangements, bouquets, boutonnieres, and flower crown on the day of, I was blown away. Everything complemented one another perfectly and made our venue really come to life, and made our pictures look better than I ever imagined. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Wendy, for helping me have the wedding of my dreams!! You are the best and I hope that I'll have the opportunity to work with you again.
Michael did an amazing job catering the brunch / pool party we hosted the day after our wedding. He was prompt, professional, and kind. And he always responded to all my questions and concerns. But the best part was the food!!! We had several vegetarians so Michael made us special veggie enchiladas. They were so amazing that even sworn meat-eaters were going back for seconds. The food far exceeded our expectations. We would love to have occasion to hire Michael again. I've already recommended him to 2 friends. A+++
Marie was AMAZING as my day-of-coordinator at my wedding. I planned my wedding myself so I had been the point person for everything but she took the reins seamlessly on the day of so I could step back and enjoy the day. She's extremely knowledgeable regarding wedding etiquette and procedures and was indispensable to us.
Crystal was our event coordinator for our wedding this past May. From the moment my husband and I met her, we knew that she was a perfect fit for us. She is so sweet, and always on top of things. She did an amazing job helping us with developing wedding time line, decor, vendors, and so much more! We were both really impressed by how easy it was to get a hold of her for any questions we had, and how prompt she would reply to calls/emails :) The day of the wedding, she tackled a few bumps on the road such as my seating chart mix up (oops)!, missing cupcakes, wedding dress bustle in such a quick professional manner. I can't thank her enough for the piece of mind that I had on my wedding day knowing she was there. I will definitely be giving Crystal a call for all my future events!!
I booked Annemarie for my wedding planning services and I am so thrilled I did! I knew I needed the help and I could have NEVER have done it without her! She was so organized, insanely helpful to my family and I, fun, and such a pleasure to work with. Besides keeping me on a schedule and making sure I was having fun instead of stressing on what I needed to do next , she would approach me and let me know it was time. She made all the steps to our wedding flow flawlessly (food service, toast, dance, photos, dessert, bouquet toss). If it wasnt for her I would have been delegating and stressing my own husband and wedding party to make sure everyone else had fun. Instead I got to actually enjoy everything and have fun myself ! Priceless! She even talked me out of crying as I was about to walk down the aisle, which was a major goal of mine! AMAZING! She listened to my opinions and desires and offered advice when I needed and asked for it. She made sure I ate, which is impossible to do at your wedding. She kept everything like clockwork and with so much care and communication. I am so grateful for this woman! You are in good hands!
We just cant thank Zeke of Tortas 2 Die 4 for going above and beyond to make our wedding as perfect as we could have wished for! Each and every guest has commented on how delicious all of the food was, from the appetizers, aguas frescas to the dinner to the yummy coffee bar. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for handling everything and making sure everything went smoothly and perfect for us, for all of your guidance, answering all our questions and your overall help with everything! The delicious and colorful food, it was seriously a work of art! Tortas 2 Die 4 provided a spectacular experience for our guests! Everything was impressive! Comments throughout the night, days, weeks, even months later, the best dinner at a wedding by far! Thank you!!! Thank you!!! At first I didn't think I needed a wedding planner, but when I hired Ester (Sister), I found out how many things where missing in my plans. I couldn't have done it without her. Everything went great, from start, to finish. I thank her for making my wedding the best experience ever. Five Stars all the way!!
When my daughter and I went searching online for someone to help with decorating her wedding reception we found Thumbtack. I typed in exactly what we were looking for and Jennifer with Peachy Keen weddings and event designs responded right away. We setup an appointment to speak with her about our ideas. Again Jennifer promptly confirmed our appointment and was right on time the morning of. She was sensitive to my daughters wants and needs, she contributed in areas we weren't quite sure of what we wanted and exceeded our expectations were we did. She was very attentive the night of the event and and was right there all night to do her best to try and keep us on schedule. Of course in all events some things don't go exactly as planned but Jennifer never complained. I was very appreciative of all her efforts to help make my daughters wedding as less stressful as possible. I would definitely recommend her and use her again in a heartbeat.
Karen is true to her company's name- a DREAM! It was such a joy to work with her, and having her calming presence around one of the most potentially stressful situations was a Godsend! We had a very unconventional ceremony and reception location, and she had incredible ideas that really saved the day- She organized and wrangled a complicated venue, all the while being so positive and calm. She is patient, structured, thorough, and just such a joy to be around! You can tell that she's seen it all, because nothing rattled her, and she had inventive solutions for every single hurdle we had: event flow, ceremony planning, venue snafus! We are so grateful and blessed to have this attentive, experienced planner coordinate our wedding, and you will be, too!!

Natalie provided us with an unforgettable experience for our farm wedding last fall. She is organized, professional, FUN, and was life-saving for getting everything together for our special day so we didn't have to worry about a THING. Pleazingly Tasteful catered my wedding, their service was spectacular!! I highly recommend their services, especially the grape tree. The most delicious grapes I've ever had. They were very professional, the food was well plated and tasty.
We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day. It was amazing, she's the best and makes wedding day stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone as a wedding coordinator/planner and would hire her again in a second! You don't need to look anywhere else!
