Latest Review: After working with James for a year and a half, I can say with certainty that he has a unique way of approaching each client, that I have never seen before. Most trainers implement a strict routine that their clients must follow. Unlike the majority of trainers, James creates a tailored workout program and a meal plan that is specified for each of his client’s needs. Within his program, he provides the client with lifestyle changes that are based on the client’s body type, age, and also takes into account if the client has any existing lingering injures. James is very knowledgeable on nutrition, various types of workouts, and anything fitness related.
I kept hitting a plateau with most trainers, but James has assisted me in achieving and maintaining my fitness and nutrition goals. I highly recommend making an appointment with EverhartFit.
