Electrical and Wiring Repair
Rick responded quickly to my call for help with my electrical problem, as I loss electricity to my room when my G-daughter turned on her portable ac. It had shortly turned off and I lost all power to my room. I had her plug her ac into my room as it pops the breaker if plugged into her room. Rick walked me the on the phone and I now have power in my room. He will be coming out to check the ac and see about installing a seperate breaker as both the livingroom and her room is on one. I am happy to have power back in my room.

Rick, the owner showed up and he was super nice and professional. He helped me with a 4 prong outlet in a recessed light where the ballast had gone bad. He converted it to an LED light and did an amazing job. He had to go into the attic to convert it from a ballast to a hardwired plug in. He explained everything to me that he had to do. He answered all of my questions about the job and I will definitely call him back for anything electrical related. His pricing was amazing for the work done, compared to other companies in this area. I can't say enough about how great Rick was. Thanks Rick for the help and for answering all of my questions. You definitely have a customer for life.

Rick, the owner, after requesting that I would like the work done with in a day or two sent his workers out within 2 hours. The two workers that came were very nice, cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient and orderly. I told Rick I was very pleased with his workers and told him we will call him in the future.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique and varies in prices. However, due to our minimal overhead our pricing is very competitive. We offer 10% discount on new customers installation and 13% discount on repeat customers. Thus, alway try to stay within customer budget. Unless customer decided to add or make changes might be the only situation of added fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers I like to meet and greet if possible or time permits. This creates transparency and I am able to answer any questions or concerns he/ she may have. Thus, helps the customer to plan and budget accordingly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master electrician and have an associates degree in electrical technology and been in the electrical industry for over 25 plus years, performing service, repairs in residential, commercial and industrial settings. I also managed solar fields.
