By that I mean that I take ownership of your nutrition, cardio and resisitance program. Personal training is all about the trust and confidence you have in your trainer. As I build your program, I take your work and home life into consideration. We will assess, correct and strengthen your mind and body. All of your results begin in your mind and I understand how to build mental strength which in turn will lead to you reaching your goal. I enjoy the changes that people make on the inside. Being in shape is great, however the person you grow into while going through all of the changes is the best part of the journey.

As a regular gym goer I had the pleasure to meet Tamika as a trainer at the gym I workout at. I am writing this review today to assure anyone that Tamika is one of the best trainers I have worked out with. I trained with Tamika a few years back. Tamika is knowledgeable as a trainer, smart and insightful. She always seems to know exactly how far to push you past what you think you can do without overwhelming you. She emphasizes correct form to prevent injury, and wants to help make strength a long-term commitment for her clients, not just some quick fix to get a beach bod before summer. I truly enjoyed training with Tamika and the results. Most of what I know to do in the gym I owe to her. You rock Tamika!

Tamika Dungy is a great trainer! I worked with her for about six months and during that time, she helped me take my fitness goals to the next level. She created fun but tough workouts that helped me build strength and endurance while increasing my flexibility. She also tailored workouts to meet my specific needs while keeping in mind my physical limitations. I was also impressed by her upper body strength, which was motivating! Even on days when I was tired and exercising may not have been something I was looking forward to on a particular day, by the time I finished being worked out by Tamika, I was glad I did.

She made sure to give me a challenging workout that guaranteed results. She was upbeat and positive the whole time. She has the ability to work with all different levels of athletes. She's careful to prevent injuries and make sure your form is perfect. I would recommend her to anyone ready to take their fitness to the next level.
