- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple to figure out. I work with my clients for 6 weeks, 3 months or 6 months. The longer you train will result in a cost per session decrease. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start every first encounter with an assessment. My job is to find out and uncover your needs, habits and thought patterns. This will help me evaluate your needs and preceived fitness level. After our conversation I will use a physical fitness assessment to find out your current level.of fitness and how your injuries affect your movement patterns or your level of flexibility and core stabilization. From there I am able to advise you on what I can help you with and the programs that I have that will best suit you amd your fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken required classes and have been certified as a personal trainer for over 13 years. I am certified as a personal trainer, correctional exercise specialist which enables me to work in rehab and to prevent injuries, group personal training so I can work with large boot camp style classes, a nutritional specialist that can assist with nutrition plans and as a specialist in sports conditioning.
