For people working around/managing injuries: I have a specialization in the area of yoga therapeutics, which means creating a yoga experience specifically for your body, needs, and goals specifically when looking to manage injury, correct posture, or heal from trauma.
I offer energy healing sessions for reset and rebalancing for reducing anxiety, increasing well-being, and overall body/mind health and connection. Healing sessions include a complementary consult before booking.
I am new to the area and relatively new to Thumbtack, but I have been teaching yoga for 13 years, and working in the healing arts for about that long, too.
Minimum for a large group event is $350
I am offering a discount to new clients signing up for weekly sessions.
