Furniture Moving and Heavy Lifting

My guys were professional, responsive, super punctual, easy to communicate with and were some of the least expensive I could find. Overall, Rick and his helper were great. We just moved to SF and needed to have a couch moved, but it was a super challenging job to move the couch through some tight spaces. It turned out to be harder than I expected, but Rick and co. did not get frustrated. They found a solution and were able to get the couch in our apartment (through the kitchen window) in less than an hour. I highly recommend them and will definitely ask them for help when I need it next. Thanks so much, Rick!

Local Moving (under 50 miles)

I wish there were 10 stars as an option ! Rick and Ziri were moving items from my Mom's retirement home studio to both her house and mine. Not only were they professional, quick, efficient and personable, they were so kind to speak to other residents as they were waiting for elevators ! They made people's day ! They had to wear all the PPE gowns, booties, etc because of covid protocol and didn't mind a bit. Thank you Thumbtack for them...and I cannot recommend HUSTLE AND MUSCLE highly enough.

I had a few incredibly heavy boxes and an extremely heavy/ difficult to move dresser. They handled everything carefully and quickly. Very efficient and great guys— would definitely recommend them.

This company will grow, these guys are great! The owner was on the job (which I respect) and him and his team did an amazing job to say the least. I've had various companies help me move but hustle and muscle was by FAR the best value I have received. If you want a quality team to help go with these guys!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Always giving the customer a chance to communicate over the phone or email, whichever is preferred. Most importantly giving the customer a detailed honest expectation of our service and what we provide.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Moving doesn’t take a ton of thinking let’s be honest. Haha. But on the other hand quality of service is something you have to have, we bring that. and I can definitely give credit to the military for that.
