"I have several issues going on. She is very knowledgeable and indicated most and worked on them. For a first visit. I was very impressed . I'm older and have been going for deep tissue massage for over 27 years. Somewhat faithfully. When I have therapists available in my locations ( I travel a lot ) ... most do very well trying to help me that I have gone to. Back to the question. Very impressed, satisfied with the first treatment and will and have rescheduled for next week...... I will be a ( temporary ) permanent client as long as I'm in Charlotte "

"I live in LA but I still keep in constant communication with the Intentio staff who, even from a distance of 500 miles, are the best at advising me on how best to achieve my fitness & nutritional goals. It's so rare to find a group of people so single-mindedly focused on actual health rather than the aesthetic benefits of looking good, which seems to be the prevailing raison d'être of trainers here in SoCal. I can't recommend Anna or her team highly enough! It's worth every penny. "

"The aromatherapy massage was wonderful! It was reloading and rejuvenating. Anna took the time to figure out what stress points to focus on, I will definitely be back!"

"Serenity got my attention when I observed her working with another client at my gym. One of the things I most appreciated from Serenity is that when I first approached her about the possibility of personal training, she was not at all overwhelming as I have experienced with other prospective trainers. She was immediately in tune with my overall well-being and I sensed from the beginning that we could develop a collaborative relationship. My first-intuition into her character was that she truly connects with and cares about her clients. After working with Serenity for the last 5 months, I can attest that she is one of the most genuine and compassionate individuals I have met – coupled with being very competent, and passionate about her profession (which is much more expansive than just personal training.) Athletic for over 40 years, I first came to Serenity with acute and chronic injuries, and (despite the physical hindrances) an ambitious goal – to qualify for the Boston Marathon within the next few years. Serenity has devised a progressive plan for me, which she reviews on a weekly basis when we meet. With my input and her observance of my performance/abilities, she makes adjustments, keeps me steady, or moves me forward on her long-term plan. The last 10 mins. of my session are reserved for a deep tissue massage of an acute shoulder condition I had been suffering from for almost a year. I am so pleased to say that the combination of the weekly mini-massage and stretching/strengthening exercises Serenity has had me do for the past 5 months have drastically reduced my shoulder pain and I have regained most of the mobility. That said, Serenity will be the first to say “there’s still room for more improvement.” Additionally, Serenity continues to work with me to strengthen all muscle groups (including the easily overlooked but significant ones) to get my body better balanced in order to reduce the possibility of further injuries (past lower back and knee issues). Lately, Serenity has shared that I am ready for higher-level strengthening exercises and we are moving together towards the next phase of her long-term plan for me. Serenity is careful to inform me of which exercises I am ready to do on my own, and which ones I need to continue developing better-form under her direct guidance so that I may continue to progress prudently. I can feel myself getting stronger each month -- and with continued workout evolution, consistency and patience, I truly believe that Serenity will get me to my long-term goal of running the Boston Marathon sometime in the next several years! "Today I did a hard 6 mile run with a group of ladies that were a lot faster than me so I had to run my A game the whole way. One of the ladies looked like Michelle Obama. Thus, I needed a 90 minute massage with Jane. It was awesome! First she started with the feet, calfs, hamstrings, butt, lower back with the traditional Thai "step on you while holding on to the ceiling ropes" method. Then she did a sports massage using thumbs, elbows and forearms focusing on my IT band, carpal tunnel area, and quads/ TFL (tensor fasciae latar). I feel really smart when I use big Latin words. She finished with traditional Thai "crazy" stretches. She is a massage teacher at National Massage school in San Francisco and taught me me how to do a self massage to keep the work she did today healthy... just in case I run with Michelle again."

"I was so lucky and so thankful to have found her while I was living in Mountain View . Don't waste your time and money with love pats from Massage Envy. Get a genuine therapeutic massage from someone that knows what they are doing and actually cares about helping you. I can't say enough about how helpful she was for my neck problems. She kept me going!"

"David is a particularly great massage therapist. His combination of strength and subtlety allow him to know the body, and he remembers it from week to week. He's a wonderful personal trainer too. And a really nice guy."

"Logan listened intently to my descriptions of painful areas, asked relevant questions, and then continued the session by treating those areas with a scientific sensitivity that clearly communicated he understood what he was doing. Due to my history of multifaceted back pain, I usually struggle to relax and enjoy massages, but Logan knew when to apply the right amount of pressure in the injured areas so that I did not experience an unpleasant reaction. Instead, my body felt appropriately challenged and therefore loosened. He helped me get rid of a days-long blistering headache that my chiropractor could not help me overcome. He constantly as questions and stayed in touch regarding my experience throughout the entire massage process. Could not recommend him enough."
