- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tax Planning is the bread and butter of SYNQMINE LLC. The customers should have peace of mind that if we can't find any tax savings they should not be charged anything. We work on a contingent basis so customers can see their return on investment (ROI) If we can't reduce your tax burden you don't have to pay anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For tax planning, the process we follow is: 1: We start with a 30 min complimentary conference than send Tax Planning Questionnaires & Review their past five years of tax Returns 2: Based on the answers to the Tax Planning Questionnaires we input in our tax planning software. 3: After we input all the Answers we come up with an estimate of how much the savings can be. 4: We present the strategies that we recommend to the business or individual then we decide which are the most appropriate. 5: Then we follow up with the Tax Planning Proposal where they can esign and revise the proposed strategies 6; After acceptance of the proposal we send the Tax Planning Deliverables where we explain the IRC code attached to each strategy, the pros and cons in every strategy, and instructions to their CPA as to which forms to file with each strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in Taxation and BS in Accounting information systems. At SYNQMINE LLC we have one CPA and a couple of accountants that have gotten training from PWC and Ernst & Young in their previous jobs.
