I gave jason a $190 project to patch a hole in the dry wall, he did very good. Then I gave many other projects to him on my house that is preparing for sell. He finished project about $560, then add on $350, and my realtor pointed out some painting and appliance installation and hardwood floor fixing, another $600. I feel very comfortable to pay him first, and then let him schedule his time to do the work. It is very helpful for managing rental homes remotely. Even my realtor is impressed with his detail oriented work. Thank you Jason !!

He was on time and willing to negotiate a good price . He was also really insistent that at the end of the project the most important thing (besides doing it correctly of course ) was that I was happy with his work. I will definitely be hiring him again.

I had a weathered heavy oak entry door that needed to be refinished & rebalanced in the frame. Jason & his assistant came on Saturday & were ready to start work immediately. The two worked very hard, and did an excellent job for a reasonable price. I will hire again.

Did a great job the first time I used him. However, when I called him again he screened me out and then ignored me. He must not want to work with me again which is fine. Contractors are hard to figure out.

I liked that he made time to come out on a saturday evening did a good job taking tack strips and carpet cushioning from stairs and rooms and disposed of it.
