My husband and I recently bought a house and we were told 2 months in, that the grout in-between the floor tiles needed to be sealed. By this point, everyday living had seeped into the grout giving it a dingy appearance. I decided at the last minute (the holiday) to find service providers for this project. To my joy, Derrick Reed replied immediately and though he wasn't the only response to my service request, His reply stood out because he gave a range quote and stated that he would be willing to come out on the holiday. I was sold. I called him up and we set an appointment for 2 hrs later. Derrick and his brothers work as a business team and they were kind, professional, efficient and thorough. Not only was their quote very reasonable, they completed the product in a timely manner and offered to return if we were not satisfied with their results. Everything looked great however, and as the floor dried up, things looked even better. True to his promise, Derrick called back the next day to review the results with us and make sure we were still satisfied. Great Service! We will definitely use this company in the future for floor maintenance.

We needed a carpet cleaner on short notice and Derrick responded right away and came quickly to get the job done. He was very courteous and professional, and the carpets look great. I actually didn't really think he would be able to get them clean (we had some work done on our bathroom and the workers ground a lot of stuff into the carpet over the course of several weeks of work) but they look sparkling clean! Amazing! I highly recommend.
