For this effort, I was looking for a quick response, and I received it. OC Mobile Notary Public responded to my initial request within 5 minutes via text. She should up to our appointment on time and since she had experience handling POA documents she helped me through the process and even provided additional documentation to ensure there were no issues on the backend, when I submitted the POA documents.Jun 4, 2020Verified

I had two documents that needed to be notarized. Megan was available the next day. She showed up on time, completed her work in very few minutes and charged me less than she originally quoted. I will definitely use her when I next need a notary.Apr 30, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The price for an estate plan, probate, or trust administration vary depending upon the situation, your needs, and your assets. For my notary services, I charge $15 per signature, plus a travel fee. The travel fee depends on how far I am traveling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? For our estate planning services, we have an initial meeting where we will discuss our process, how we're different from other firms, and what the next steps would be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified notary public for the State of California. I also went to Chapman University School of Law and am a licensed attorney in the State of California.
