Until I found Royal Piano Works, I was always in need of a reliable technician that could fix the issues on my piano. Finally, I found Harout at Royal Piano Works. He's very easy to talk to, very patient and genuinely cares about fixing your piano, and not the charge. I had some issues with the piano after he came to tune and he was very understanding and assured me the issues would be fixed. Thank you, Harout!

Awesome piano technician - a true artisan in his own right. And a very nice guy too. Clearly knows pianos inside and out. Tuned and then provided insight into piano optimization which I accepted for an additional fee.

Harout did an outstanding job on our Steinway grand piano, tuning, modulating, replacing hammers and pads as needed and replacing badly yellowed keys. Now it looks beautiful and sounds beautiful. I am not the pianist; our adult son who lies in Northern California is. I loved hearing the beautiful classical music Harout played and allowed me to record to send our son. He was friendly, delightful and demonstrated the sound differences he was accomplishing with his work. I highly recommend Harout and Royal Piano Works.

Royal Piano Works restored my semi-concert grand back to like-new status. The tuning, regulation, and voicing are also now perfect, thanks to Harout and his team. I am fuly satisfied with the results that have been achieved so far, and recommend pianists and piano owners to consult with them in bringing their precious piano back to life.
