I have been training with Denise since this past April. I really believe if I had picked anyone else I would have quit by now. I have had personal trainers before and I thought they were good but now that I have been working with Denise everyone else pales in comparison!!! Denise is extremely knowledgable and can work around my messed up neck and back. She really knows the human anatomy, what might flare up my past injuries and what to do to get me closer to my goals. Denise really mixes up my workouts and always has new moves up her sleeve. I don't know how she keeps them all straight but she does. Her sessions are different every time which helps prevent boredom and means, if you do the work, you will see results. Denise increases the level of fitness of my workouts as I improve and become more fit. She pushes me just the right amount. I actually look forward to our sessions and the hour flies by so fast. Denise's workouts are really tough. She is very encouraging and not a annoying drill sergeant...be ready to sweat! A lot! You will have fun AND get results if you hire Denise. She is a smart, classy, caring and a truly genuine person. You can't go wrong choosing Denise to get you to you fitness goals!
Jay is a great trainer! He's dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals. When i train with him he is stern but patient. He makes sure that I understand what I'm doing and explains why I'm doing it. he doesn't mind demonstrating difficult exercises over & over if needed. I recommend Jay to anyone who is serious about reaching their goals but my not yet know how yo obtain them.
I have been training with James for a couple years now and he is an awesome trainer. He is attentive to your personal goals and truly cares about each of his clients. Don't get me wrong here, he will absolutely kick your butt! He pushes and motivates you to do more than you ever imagined you could do. He has earned his name James "Intensity" Terry and he brings that with him to every training session!

I've hired a handful of trainers in the past ten years and Rose is by far the best...hands down! She offers assistance not only with your workouts but your food intake as well! She works around all my injuries, but yet making those areas stronger. My first month I lost over 6 " overall and over 6lbs ..and well on my way to look spectacular in my wedding dress! Rose is someone I would "highly" recommend...she is smart, educated, fun and cares about her clients! Just remember when she tells you it's like a break...it's not really a break!! If you want to feel more confident, have more energy, while also losing weight..Rose is the trainer you are looking for!
When I first worked with Nick, he introduced me to a short warm up and a workout routine. I remembered at that time, I got twenty minuets into that workout and I remember getting a bit dizzy and winded. Nick noticed this right away and encouraged me to rest a bit so I wouldn't pass out in the middle of the gym. After spending two meetings with Nick, he was able to adapt the workouts to better prepare my body for all the physical work it needed to do. With Nick's help, I was able to run a 5K in about a month and a 10K in four months. What made Nick different from other trainers I have had in my life was that not only did he give me a workout routine that I was able to stick to and follow, he taught me the importance of nutrition to help ensure I had the energy to get through the more rigorous workout programs. Even though Nick is no longer my trainer, he still checks up on me to make sure that I am on track with my health goals and if life is treating me well.

Before I began my weight loss journey, I was fat, lazy and had nearly no motivation to lose weight. Eventually, I was tired of the way I looked and was determined to get back in shape! Then I met Ben. Not only was he very approachable and friendly, he made me realize that I had some work I needed to get done; providing me with some realistic solutions to help me achieve my goals. So, after several months of butt-kicking sessions, I lost over 20lbs, and now I look and feel better than ever! Best of all, Ben made training fun and enjoyable and something that I would look forward to every week. He also educated me with ways on how to improve my eating habits; helping me figure out what diets and exercises would work for myself. She is an excellent personal trainer who creates an individualized program for each of us and adjusts as needed to help us meet and maintain our goals. Chris has been my personal trainer for over a year now, and he is the best!!! He keeps the workouts fun and new. I haven't done the same workout twice since working with him. He's really funny, entertaining and animated during the workouts. He genuinely cares about you as an individual and wants you to succeed in getting healthy and fit. He is extremely knowledgeable with all of the exercises, correct form, stretches, nutrition, and the anatomy of the body. If a muscle is sore or not feeling right, I just tell Chris, and he adjusts the workout on the fly and recommends stretches that really help. I lost about 30 pounds after a very short time of working out with Chris, and I won $700 at a weight loss competition at work as a result. I'm currently 7 months pregnant and still working out with Chris 3 times a week. He is able to cater to my needs and provide workouts that have me feeling great and healthy throughout my pregnancy. I highly recommend Chris!!
Phoenix Training is really great. I was skinny but too unmotivated and shy to go to the gym. I had Heather as my personal trainer and have I noticed a positive change in my appearance. I've been using Dino as a personal trainer for about 6 years now and the results have been fantastic. Although I'm over 50, I regularly have people tell me I have the body of a 20 something year old. Even though I've been going to Chico for years, it literally feels like I've never done the same workout twice.
