Here at Armored Air we price everything to stay competitive and we always try to work with the customers when we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending if a customer is looking for a new install or simply a diagnostic to fix their system, we come in educate them about their system and give them options so they can choose for themselves what would be their own best route
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our leads and techs have been through a 10 month HVAC course and are EPA Certified. Three times a year we take on a 16 hour training course through distributors. Also our company holds a 35+ year experience to ensure every customer is taken care of.
