I will say this whenever I need something done I can count on Manny and I can count on the he will be here as soon as he can. I can also count on the fact that if Manny is doing a job somewhere else but somebody has something that happens. That is an emergency Manny is there ASAP Tends to the problem and goes back to the job that he was doing before. I have called Manny back several times to fix work that other people have done before. Manny explains to me exactly what the problem is exactly how it should’ve been done in the beginning and exactly how he will do the work himself. As far as the quality of his work is concerned, I could say only great things about it not only is Manny professional when he works but the quality of his work is a quality that I have never seen before. He pays very close attention to detail. He is very much of a perfectionist. He is willing to work with your budget and do your job a little at a time. Door was in good physical condition (no cracks). Vendor came and repaired the rollers on the door. Door slides great now, but has a crack in the frame that is growing and spreading. Contacted vendor and sent a photo of the crack. Vendor offered to come and have a look, never came. I am. Is being ghosted by the vendor and vendor ignores all messages.

The first job I hired Mike for was to change the rollers out on two sliding glass doors. He contacted me before the scheduled time because he finished a project early. This worked out great for my schedule. He came by looked at the doors and went to pick up the parts. He was fast and efficient. He did such good work that I turned around a week later and hired him to replace a side door into the garage and a door into the house. Another great job!! I would hire him again if we weren’t moving out of state.
