I have been training with Flavia for 3 weeks. I have already lost 2% of body fat. I'm starting to see toning in my arms and abs. She gives me personal attention and customized a meal plan that I am able to follow. Flavia is very sincere and honest. She motivates me and pushes me to get a great workout. Nick is awesome! Although I wasn't able to have him as my FT trainer, he helped me by drawing up a workout routine that would help strengthen my leg training for my (then) upcoming half marathon. He also gave me good advice on how to help build and maintain my energy during my training months. If I could afford his training, I would definitely hire him! I highly recommend him!

Tamika Dungy is a great trainer! I worked with her for about six months and during that time, she helped me take my fitness goals to the next level. She created fun but tough workouts that helped me build strength and endurance while increasing my flexibility. She also tailored workouts to meet my specific needs while keeping in mind my physical limitations. I was also impressed by her upper body strength, which was motivating! Even on days when I was tired and exercising may not have been something I was looking forward to on a particular day, by the time I finished being worked out by Tamika, I was glad I did.
I was referred to Dante by a friend who highly recommended him after training with him for a few months. I was hesitant because I hadn’t trained in a very long time, gained a lot of weight and didn’t want to feel and look dumb. I had run into Dante a few times and he always had such a calming energy that I finally decided to put my fears aside and give it a shot. Best decision I made. Dante is positive, motivating, fun, and very knowledgeable on how to work with different body types. I lost more weight and inches in the first month than I have in years. I’ve trained for months now and we’ve never done the same exercise twice. He knows how to shock your body into shape! Chris is a great trainer. He personalizes each workout to fit the client's needs. I have been training with him twice a week since Feb '15. I have more strength and stamina, don't get tired as easily and just overall I feel stronger. I wanted to be toned and have more muscle definition and I definitely see the results. It's hard work, but Chris helps me to feel motivated and know that I can accomplish my goals. It is also extremely convenient that he is able to come to the client and bring all the workout equipment required. All I have to do is show up. It makes me more accountable attending my sessions since he is driving to me.
I first started training with Dino back in 2008. It was a X-Mas gift my wife bought me for a 3 months session. I was a 43yr old man out of shape and hunched over. It's always tough to get started with exercising. I didn't want to go but figured I better since my wife paid for it. Well, after a month, I was hooked. Dino's close attention to how my body responds to certain workouts plus putting me on a workout diet I lost 10lbs in a month. I'm now a 49yr old man still working with Dino. Jeff seemed very knowledgeable in the fitness industry, however didn't seem as fast-paced as my husband and I are looking for.
