Introduction: We offer classes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, fighter fit fitness kickboxing, MMA, karate, and Muay Thai (kickboxing). We have classes for men, women, and children from ages 4 yrs. and above.
We have an 8300-sq. foot facility with weights, kettlebells, universal weight machine, 25 heavy bags, treadmill, elliptical machines, and stair climber.
