- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system as every project is based solely by the particular needs of that job the difficulty of the installation and the particular product is going to be installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My hope in with working with a new customer is to give them the confidence to know that I am there from start to finish and they are there to answer your questions as we progressed through each and every job. Should there be concerns or changes we address those as soon as possible and continue on with each job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Though I do have a Horticulture background I believe the biggest benefit for my customers is that I have a great many years of experience in the field both with installation and design of the product in relation to landscaping and Hardscape. Fencing is something that we added down the road but certainly have the skill-set and ability to install any type needed.
