- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always ask my customers to contact me via telephone to provide a more accurate quote so the client is not over charged for services they do not need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the client requesting them to contact me so I can verify the exact services they need. Once we determine if I can provide the services they need, we move forward with scheduling an appointment. From there, we execute a fee agreement, start the process of services and I stay in contact with them from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates of Science in Legal Assisting/Paralegal Studies and have been in the legal field working with attorneys for over 20 years.
