- What types of customers have you worked with?
We conduct Locate Investigations to find individuals such as witnesses in criminal and civil cases. Most recently I conducted a Locate Investigation to find 2 witnesses to a fatal accident. The Highway Patrol had failed to take their statements, but did take their name and address information which proved to be an old address. I located both witnesses and their statements proved to be essential to the investigation of the case. With this new information, the attorney was able to secure a substancial settlement for his clients, who were the wife and children of the gentleman who lost his life in the accident. We also conduct Locate Investigations to find family members whom one might have lost contact with or clients of business customers of whom they have lost touch with. We conduct Locate Investigations to also find debtors for business clients and law firms who are attemtping to collect debts and satisfy judgments.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have many potential customers calling my office daily to check on prices for various types of services. My advise to all potential clients to not just shop price, shop experience! Just because one vendor may offer a lower price, it does not necessarily meant that they are capable competently conduct the investigation you need. Make sure that when you hire a private investigator that he or she has the experience and background to meet your needs. Take time to discuss your case with the investigator to make sure that you feel comfortable. That is why I always offer a free consultation for my clients. I want to be able to discuss their individual situation and offer the correct solution or advice.
