Mikhails with HandyHutch Plumbing responded right away after we reached out for a quote to troubleshoot our leaking water heater. He came out a couple hours after speaking to him on a Sunday afternoon and worked into the night to change out our leaking, rusty water heater. I was so surprised that someone was available to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He was professional and took the time to diagnose the problem then explain everything to us. I was expecting to pay more for the service call and replacement. Pricing was fair and the work was done well. Thank you so much!
