- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my estimates are bid with fair market value, at times where I can se some probable savings for a customer I will let them know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone conversation to get to know what scope of work they’d like completed and when. If those criteria’s are met I like to do an on-site meeting with the owner to go over the project, measure and get details to make sure we are all on the same page. From there I submit an estimate by email or SMS. If the proposal is accepted we work on scheduling and gathering materials for job completion.
