Jay is a great trainer! He's dedicated to helping his clients reach their goals. When i train with him he is stern but patient. He makes sure that I understand what I'm doing and explains why I'm doing it. he doesn't mind demonstrating difficult exercises over & over if needed. I recommend Jay to anyone who is serious about reaching their goals but my not yet know how yo obtain them.

Nick is awesome! Although I wasn't able to have him as my FT trainer, he helped me by drawing up a workout routine that would help strengthen my leg training for my (then) upcoming half marathon. He also gave me good advice on how to help build and maintain my energy during my training months. If I could afford his training, I would definitely hire him! I highly recommend him!

Chris is a great trainer. He personalizes each workout to fit the client's needs. I have been training with him twice a week since Feb '15. I have more strength and stamina, don't get tired as easily and just overall I feel stronger. I wanted to be toned and have more muscle definition and I definitely see the results. It's hard work, but Chris helps me to feel motivated and know that I can accomplish my goals. It is also extremely convenient that he is able to come to the client and bring all the workout equipment required. All I have to do is show up. It makes me more accountable attending my sessions since he is driving to me.

I first started training with Dino back in 2008. It was a X-Mas gift my wife bought me for a 3 months session. I was a 43yr old man out of shape and hunched over. It's always tough to get started with exercising. I didn't want to go but figured I better since my wife paid for it. Well, after a month, I was hooked. Dino's close attention to how my body responds to certain workouts plus putting me on a workout diet I lost 10lbs in a month. I'm now a 49yr old man still working with Dino. I'm in the best shape of my life. I can't thank Dino enough for all his hard work.
