Erika (Cast Your Cares Event Planning) is a true professional planner and an excellent event coordinator. Rosa and I chose Erika to coordinate our wedding and although it was the biggest wedding in town, it certainly had it's challenges and Ms. Erika handled everyone of them like a pro. We could not have been happier with Erika and her work with us and our vendors. Her greatest asset was no more evident and very much on display, the day of our wedding. Wow... Erika was spot on from start to finish, keeping all those involved with our special day, on time and together. From getting my bride's hair and makeup finished (with photos!) and into the limo to the church ON TIME, to making sure all of our guests were enjoying the reception (photos of us at each table), and then keeping us on time leaving the reception and off to our life as husband and wife. Just a well done job all around. I would like to complement Erika on her beautiful decorations for the reception (tables, cake tables, etc,) and her expert management the guest seating chart (which is not and easy chore) .... Rosa and I were so impressed with Erika's work coordinating our wedding, we do plan to chose Cast Your Cares again with upcoming professional and special events (milestone birthdays and charity functions). OH MY GOSH I CANT GIVE SAMANTHA ANYTHING BUT LOVE! She was so amazing during my wedding process! Anything I needed help with she was there. She even put all the flowers in my arch for me and it turned out fantastic! She was super reasonably priced and I honestly can say she made my wedding day such a breeze. If your looking for a wedding planner then Samantha is your girl. She will do anything and everything to make your day special. I will definitely be using her again!

How do I begin to tell you all how thankful I am that Marie Luciano came into my life?! By the time I had met Marie, my husband and I had been engaged for over a year. I was new to CA and had no family or friends close by to help us plan a wedding. My husband was overwhelmed with work, school and spending as much time he could traveling back and forth to his parents who are ill. So I began my search for a wedding planner! That's when I met Marie. After my husband and I met with her, I immediately felt stress lift off of my shoulders! From day one she made me feel like she genuinely cared about helping plan my dream wedding. Marie quickly understood what I wanted and started her search for vendors and ideas. Through this process, my husband and I have had the most difficult bumps in the road and Marie was there by our side the whole time. Her husband Greg is just as amazing as she is. He quickly offered to get ordained for us after losing our officiant so close to the wedding. They are a blessing! Not only did I get extremely lucky finding such a wonderful wedding planner but gaining a friend for life!!! I truly believe God placed her in our lives! I look forward to seeing all her future weddings!!
Nancy was amazing to say the least! I honestly don't know what I would've done without her. I planned my wedding mostly by myself but I needed that second persons input and also someone who had planned a wedding before to help tie everything together. She did that and so much more! She even offered to lend me a few items I still needed so I wouldn't have to spend more money on them. The day of there were still more things that needed to be set up when I had to go start getting ready. When I came down for the ceremony and also when I saw the completed look for the reception area I couldn't believe my eyes. She made my dream come true. Everything was even better than i had imagined. She definitely goes above and beyond to help who ever hires her!
Brandi is so amazingly creative. She has such a good eye for every detail and everything turns out exactly how you would imagine it and better. My wedding wouldn't have been the same without her!
My experience was outstanding. Very professional, she is sweet and takes time with each client to make their vision into a reality. She's very detailed, has a natural talent, is a perfectionist. Anyone working with her will be very please, goes above and beyond. Very classy, luxury upscale wedding style and taste. Anything she touches comes together like music, is a master piece. We hired Kristin to coordinate our wedding last September. She really put me at ease at our first meeting. She was organized, calm, and thought of everything - I really appreciated her experience and thoroughness. The best part is at the wedding itself, I barely saw her as she was so busy taking care of everything. I know from talking with my parents and wedding party afterward that she had handled all the little emergencies that had come up: schedule changes, cake-melting problems, etc., in the background, leaving me and my husband to enjoy ourselves. She really helped make our wedding perfect.
