Educated in breath connecting, meditation, and yoga styles including restorative yin, hatha, vinyasa & combinations of styles. Faith based and non faith based yoga and meditation. I would like to help people heal themselves through meditation and Yoga. I’m interested in working with everyone, but I’m really excited to work with littles, elders, Cancer survivors, veterans and individuals that struggle with depression, anxieties & other illnesses.
