- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Meeting and working with a new company is much like meeting and working with new people. Go with your gut instinct. If you've received a word-of-mouth referral, often that's best way to find a provider. You should see some sample photos or videos of their work. Visit their location. If possible, see how the company works in action. Seeing is believing, and it's usually never a problem to bring you to a job site -- unobtrusively, of course, or during a setup -- to give you an idea of what you'll be getting. Try asking for references. But don't be dissuaded if the company is unable to. Often times we are in confidentiality agreements with our clients. Also, this is LA / Hollywood, so sometimes our clients are high-level, high-pressure individuals who simply won't speak to random people they don't know.
