We’ve had a great experience with Kevin. Without him we would probably never workout. He customized the workouts to our needs, checks up on us often and helps resolve aches and pains when they appear. If you’ve been on the fence about getting a trainer I highly recommend Kevin.

Kevin always arrives on time with a happy disposition ready to help me tackle my goals. He starts each session asking me to tap into how my body feels and then creates the workout based on my needs and my feedback. He encourages me to do hard things but to do things within my capability so I end up stronger each session but not feeling broken. I appreciate his intuitiveness and his ability to create what I next week to week. This is the first time I’ve ever stuck with a trainer for over two weeks. In the 7 months we’ve worked together I’ve gained so much strength and stability. I’ve done activities outside of my comfort zone and Kevin has helped me prepare for those activities. I highly recommend him.
