Mr. White helped me start my 501c3 and web site. He was so knowledgeable and made the process seamless. He was so good with follow up and guiding me through the process. One of the most impressive things was how well through me telling him my story, what the rescue meant to me and what I was doing that he was able to become so knowledgeable about my rescue and about horses and the industry. Just through emails he was able to see my vision, my dream. I would recommend him for this process with any cause from animals to humans. I will continue to use Sean when I need to do web based promotions and anything else I can think of with the rescue and sure he can get me an answer or help in some way. For me it all started with a Craigslist ad, and has become a very happy and successful business relationship. His prices are great and he works so hard for you and your cause. It was always my fault for not getting back to him fast enough that it took a couple months; every time I sent him what he asked for he would have that part completed very quickly. Maybe I shouldn't say this, but I feel like even though his part is complete my 501c3 has been filed, and my website is live; if I needed help with anything I know Sean will always be there to help :). I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who will listen!

I can't believe how lucky I was to find Sean. I was lost with all the documents and criteria needed to file my 501(c)(3) and I'm an intelligent person. I answered his short and detailed questionnaire and in no time; I had professional and effective info to mail. I couldn't believe the price he charged and sent him a tip because I was so impressed and relieved. I received my IRS determination letter in less than two months!!! He even donated money to my non-profit. He is such an amazing guy. I tell everyone I know that is starting a non-profit to use him.

Correction: Sherrie received her California State (Franchise Tax Board, form #3500) approval in less than 2 months. The IRS actually granted the 501(c)(3) tax-exempt approval in 4 months.

Correction: The incorporation phase takes less than one month, however, the entire IRS approval process usually takes between 3-6 months.

Our FULL START-UP service is ONLY $199.00 + plus Government Fees. The Government fees are paid directly to your State and the IRS. There are NO hidden fees. $199 Total!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working for a successful nonprofit organization in our past, we were often asked about the process of becoming a bona fide tax-exempt nonprofit organization. These passionate people were often overwhelmed with the start-up costs involved, so in an effort to shoulder some of the burden for our clients, we decided to dramatically lower our service fees.
