Oscar just came out this last weekend to replace an old, falling down chain link fence. He put up a new, taller fence and added a cement footer. It looks awesome! Made our back yard look so much better, and even added some smooth 9-guage wire to the top to help with our coyote problems! He was very upfront about everything, professional and communicated very well. I will definitely be recommending Oscar and his crew to anyone who has a need for a new fence!

Gary did a lovely job repairing and reinstalling my front fence gate. It was a complicated job due to uneven sidewalks, mounting to brick end pieces, and swinging the wrong way. He put in the extra effort to make it beautiful and functional.

I had a Section of Chain Link Fence 12 feet long. 4 feet tall that was Added to an existing Chain Link Fence already on my home property. That 12 foot Section was always missing due to trees & brush. Once the trees & brush were removed I put a request on thumbtack for that 12 foot Section to be replaced. Initially, no Company Showed interest in this project And I had to repost it twice. Finally Alfred Salas welding company accepted the project with a very reasonable quote. They came out with the materials and did an outstanding Job with the 12 foot Section of Chain Link Fence. Alfred specializes In Cast-Iron Driveway Gates fixing, Mending and Welding those kinds of Gates mainly. Yet, is also able to handle different materials besides Cast Iron..in this case Chain Link. It extremely difficult to find someone to mend, fix or replace chain link fencing because it is Usually the extremely unreasonably priced Chain Link Fence Companies who want to Corner the market on projects like this..but be careful If you hire a Chain Link Company it will be extremely costly for even a small section of chain link. Alfred Salas was able to keep the cost of material and labor within my budget and I very much appreciate the quality of work done for the budget that I had. Thanks Alfred a job well done!!

Kory and Sunnie are awesome! She got back to me immediately and he came out 2 days later to install 50 feet of chain link. It only took a couple of hours. 5 stars!

Chad has done multiple projects at our home: assemble a potting shed, rebuild a rotting fence, replace the floor of my gardening shed, etc. Most impressive was how he jacked up a sagging overhang and secured it. Then he investigated and corrected what caused the problem and fixed that. Had this not been fixed and collapsed, we would have had a major repair. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and thought his fees reasonable.

On time and diligent. Fixed the bottom portion of my chain link fence to secure that my neighbor's dogs didn't get through anymore. Very nice work and now I have peace of mind. Very reasonably priced and he finished quickly too. I highly recommend Jose.

Todd was great - he had some really nice wood double-hung windows built and the installation went well. It's a 100 year old Craftsman so it required more than a simple remove and replace...and they turned out great. He replaced the existing MDF trim with real wood, sanded the edges to match the original woodwork of the house & it looks great. He made sure the work areas inside the house were covered/sealed as much as possible & cleaned up too (which seems like a given, but i've had contractors that created a mess and left a mess). The best thing is that he actually did the work himself - no subcontractors which is always risky for the customer. From our experience, he is very detailed-oriented and also has excellent carpentry skills. He seems to take pride in his work and it shows. We would hire him again for future work.

We hired Victor to repair a large area of a damaged wood fence. He was prompt with his estimate and arrived the very next day to start work. Victor and his co-worker took great pride in their work and even hauled away all the old lumber. The next day he showed up to seal and weather-proof the new fence. Impeccable work at a very reasonable price! Victor is a real craftsman that we would hire again to do any woodwork construction around the house. A definite recommend!!

Edgar Villanueva worked on an assortment of home and yard renovations for me as I prepared my home as a rental, which included painting, cabinet installation, decorative moulding, mold, gas furnace removal, door alignment, gardening, fence realignment, demolition, and hauling. Edgar was excellent to work with in every way. His work ethic is Impeccable. His is an honest, straightforward and trustworthy person and a surprisingly calming presence throughout the process. Edgar is bi-lingual, well-spoken, and extremely diligent in every step of the journey. His prices are competitive, but extremely fair! I offer my highest recommend for Edgar Villanueva and his team of workers. You will be extremely happy that you chose him to service your home improvement requirements.

Paramount Fence Builders did an excellent and fantastic job for a chain link fence project at my commercial site. They're professional, quick and have the best competitive pricing based from my shopping. Here's the break down of my experience: Professional crew - Todd Cresio, the President, was willing to stop by my location to survey the site while other companies had no interest to. Simple job or not, for a business owner to take their time to overlook the job shows me that this company cares at what they do. Chris, the operational manager, is very knowledgeable at has trade skill and overall a very nice guy. That also applies to his crew members. Quick service - Just amazing how fast they can zip up a fence. Simple as that. Competitive pricing - Here is where I found to be the best characteristic of this company. I have shopped around a number of fence companies for estimates and you would be surprised of how random their quotes are and how much they could have taken from you. Paramount Fence Builders, even without knowing what their competitors' pricing are, right off the bat had the best pricing. Quality of the work was not sacrificed or compromised either. Tip: If you do have a project that needs to be done soon, do not hesitate to contact them immediately because their schedule can be filled up fast. So plan ahead.

I have been working as a property manager for the past 4 years and have never worked with a contractor like Rudy. His expertise and professionalism exceeded all of our expectations and we hope to continue to work together for years to come. Rudy's team is very efficient and technologically savvy as we text, email, and even use phone apps to track and log projects. I highly recommend Rudy and his team!

...But, if I never ran into this guy, I'd have at least a dozen unfinished projects, and a lot of extra bills. I met Taylor in line at Home Depot. I was buying some hardware and some paint. I noticed his cart was stacked with fencing material and being I'm virtually worthless with even basic construction and needing a new fence myself, I asked him what he was working on. We ended up talking for almost 30 min outside and he helped me load my paint into the car. He asked a lot of questions and even had examples of fencing he installed on his phone. I was buying the paint and hardware to repaint and fix my shed door. I couldn't mess THAT up right? Wrong, he offhandedly mentioned that I had purchased an interior paint that would discolor and fade quickly on a shed. Anyway, I had numerous projects that needed to be done. I ended up having Taylor put in an entire new shed, repair my back fence, build me some custom gates, and a many other tasks. I regularly call him with questions and he almost always has an answer. He's a very well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly guy. For my wife and I, he's sort of become a regular around the house, we've had him coming over for more than a year. Our four year old son gets so excited when he comes because he always gets to watch. Goodbye Garbage man, Hello Handy man! Thank you Taylor! Hope this helps you. Geoff, Susan, & Alex

We had our fence redone from chain link to red wood. Jaime not only recommended the wood instead of the chain link but it was the same price and looks amazing. Pretty much finished the job in one day and worked his tail off. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Very friendly, fair priced and cares about the work he does. Thanks again for an amazing job:)

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job repairing a large wood patio overhang/awning, painting, and electrical work. He and his team were very thorough, explaining all of our options in detail and making sure we were comfortable with the work before proceeding. Robert and team are also the cleanest workers I've ever seen - the job site was well organized and spotless at the end of every day, which was very much appreciated! 100% satisfied and would highly recommend and hire again. Thanks!
