- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing does not include travel fees. If your event is located more than 30 miles there will be a travel fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at Camtastic, it’s important to us that every event we service is treated as if it was our own. When we begin the booking process with our customers we like to find what’s most Important to you and design a custom package that fits your needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attendant have been to hundreds of party’s and events, we know how to get guest excited for pictures.
