Al made an appointment for the same evening, and he arrived at his promised time. He analyzed the problems we were having with our kitchen sink, and he proceeded to complete the repair and service immediately. We were very pleased with Al's efficiency, courtesy, and overall excellent work ethic. We have hired him again to return tomorrow for an additional project.
